What is AKA?
AKA is more than just a platform. It’s a marketplace for buyers and sellers of land assets, from carbon to campsites. It’s also marketplace of ideas for a more sustainable and profitable approach to land investment and usage. By empowering landowners, cultivating communities, and promoting both traditional and innovative income sources, AKA is paving the way for a new era in land investment.

At its core, AKA is more than a mere transactional platform; it is a vibrant community builder. It nurtures an environment of transparency and trust among its users – the cornerstone of any thriving community. By orchestrating a marketplace where buyers, sellers, and investors can engage directly, AKA fosters a dynamic ecosystem. In this open forum, information flows freely, promoting enlightened decision-making. Furthermore, it encourages the formation of partnerships rooted in mutual benefits and respect, creating a robust network of collaborative relationships.
How can I monetise land through AKA?
*Prize Draw and Gift Voucher reward Terms & Conditions
1. The term ‘AKA’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is available on request. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
2. By entering the prize draw you are accepting these terms and conditions and agreeing to be bound by them.
3. The prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to people aged 18 and over who register witth the AKA website via https://aka.land/register/ and then create a directory listing via https://aka.land/aka-land-directory-entry/.
4. Employees or agencies of AKA or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
5. No purchase is necessary in order to participate in this prize draw.
6. The decision of AKA is final on all matters relating to this prize draw and these terms and conditions, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
7. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
8. AKA accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by AKA.
9. To enter the prize draw you must complete the compulsory fields on the Directory Listing form. Please note that there is no guarantee that the contents of the on-line form will remain private during internet transmission.
10. The draw will take place on 31 July 2024 or, if later, the submission of the thirtieth directory entry made as part of the AKA Creator Rewards programme. The winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random process.
11. The gift voucher for registration is only payable if the registration is approved, and the gift voucher for the first directory listing is only payable if the directory listing is approved.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
13. AKA retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
14. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on reasonable request from AKA. The winner consents to the use by AKA, both before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by AKA and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.
15. AKA reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of AKA in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
17. Any personal data relating to entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s consent. Data relating to entrants will be retained by AKA for a reasonable period after the prize draw closes to assist AKA to operate prize draws in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries.
